Vegetarian Bean Vermicelli with mushroom



200 gr bean vermicelli

100 gr ear wood mushroom

60 gr fresh or blanched white shrimp (tail-on)

200 gr carrot



bit paper powder

bit salt

2 table spoon of oyster sauce

1 table spoon sunflower oil 100% or soybean oil 100%

100 ml mineral water

How to make:

put the oil to  the pan, put the slice onion and garlic, let it little bit light brown and have a onion or garlic smell, put shrimps, carrot, and ear wood mushroom and added salt, pepper, oyster sauce and water.

Ready for served:

3-5 person
